WD TECH, LLC PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Partner Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between WD Tech, LLC, a [state/country] limited liability company (“WD Tech”), and the individual or entity participating in the WD Tech Partner Program (the “Partner”).
1. PARTNER PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The WD Tech Partner Program allows freelance agencies and designers to earn commission by installing and assisting in the upgrade of the “Wix Custom Solutions” application suite on client sites.
2. PARTNER APPROVAL AND PROGRAM TIERS
2.1 Upon approval, Partners will be provided with a unique coupon for each application offered by WD Tech.
2.2 Partners will be categorized into one of two programs: Starter or Expert. Starters receive 20% commission, and Experts receive 40%.
2.3 To qualify as a Starter, Partners must have 1 active site using a premium version of our app. Experts require 3 active sites using a premium version of our app.
2.4 Partners may request an update to Expert status after acquiring more clients upgrading WD Tech apps.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
3.1 Commission is based on the net amount the end user pays, after the coupon discount, but before applicable app fees.
3.2 Commission will be paid every 60 days, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $75.
3.3 Partners are responsible for reporting all income and fulfilling tax obligations.
3.4 Commission is paid exclusively via PayPal, and Partners must have a valid PayPal account.
4. COUPON AND COMMISSION TRACKING
4.1 The coupon is required for commission generation, and its status will be updated in the Partner Portal for tracking revenue.
4.2 Partners may self-refer and use their code to upgrade internal projects, earning commission.
4.3 Wix App coupons are active for 6 months. Every 6 months, WD Tech will provide new coupon codes to the partner. The partner assumes responsibility for updating their coupon codes wherever they are publicly listed.
5. MARKETING AND PROMOTION
5.1 Partners may publicly disclose their coupon codes in various media, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
5.2 Partners may run paid search campaigns on app-related keywords but may not bid on WD Tech-related terms.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 WD Tech reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without cause.
7. BLOG CONTENT SUBMISSION
7.1 Expert Partners may submit blog content for approval and potential publication.
7.2 WD Tech may use approved content for promotional activities, including social media and email marketing.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between WD Tech and the Partner.
8.2 Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
By enrolling in the WD Tech Partner Program, the Partner agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
